Democrats fail to understand the root cause of chaos in Minnesota

For years, Minnesota has been held up as a model of Midwestern stability with safe neighborhoods, strong communities, and pragmatic governance. Today, we can’t turn on the news without seeing a story about the chaos that is ravaging the state.

The fire started smoking when a young, brilliant, independent journalist named Nick Shirley exposed the rampant fraud being perpetuated in Minnesota. He showed the world real life examples of day care centers that received millions of dollars in taxpayer funding, completely empty, as well as publicly funded health care centers that were either closed or had “employees” refuse to answer questions.

The majority of the fraud Shirley exposed was tied to the Somali population. Minnesota boasts the largest number of Somalis in the United States. When you point out that Somalians in Minnesota are perpetuating the fraud, democrats will call you racist. If Somalian people are committing the largest amount of fraud in Minnesota, that’s called a fact, not racism. Nice try, though.

Since Nick Shirley shined the light on the rampant fraud in Minnesota, things have gotten even worse. Last week, ICE sent 2,000 agents to Minnesota to clean house. Since the surge, ICE has arrested over 1,500 illegal immigrants in Minnesota, including murderers, rapists, pedophiles and gang members. And you know what comes with ICE presence in a community. The radical left rallied the troops and protests erupted throughout the state.

On January 7th, Renee Good, an ICE agitator, attempted to run over an ICE agent with her SUV and was shot and killed. This event triggered even more anger towards ICE and it’s getting worse. Well organized and funded protests have erupted nationwide, and the message is clear. The left-wing extremists want ICE out of their communities. Fortunately, most levelheaded Americans want dangerous, criminal illegal aliens off the streets and out of our country.

Here is where the democrats need a reality check. My words may come across as harsh, but this needs to be said.

Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota’s two largest cities, are sanctuary cities. When you allow illegal immigrants to live in your cities and refuse to cooperate with ICE, ICE will be there to do the job you refuse to do. Being in America illegally is a crime. ICE would not be conducting massive operations if you didn’t allow illegal immigrants to live there and you upheld the laws of our country.

The death of Renee Good is a tragedy and a horrible story. However, it’s very simple to explain the root cause and chain of events that led to it. If Minnesota upheld the laws of our country, ICE would not be in Minnesota. If ICE wasn’t there, Renee Good would not have been interfering with a law enforcement operation. If Renee Good was not interfering with a law enforcement operation, agents would not have attempted to detain her. If ICE was not there, Renee Good would not have attempted to run over an ICE agent, and she would not have been killed.

Why is it so hard for democrats to understand the root causes of the chaos Minnesota is experiencing?

The other reality check needed is related to the mass influx of Somalian immigrants who have infiltrated Minnesota communities. The majority do not assimilate and do not share American values. They have orchestrated a massive fraud operation that has stolen billions of dollars from Minnesota and US taxpayers. If you need a reminder of what Somalia is like, take some time to watch Black Hawk Down. That should jog your memory.

It should come as no surprise that Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jaob Frey have pushed back on the criticism of Somalians being involved in the majority of the exposed fraud. Of course, there are hardworking Somalians who are US citizens and have assimilated, but you cannot dispute the facts of what has been exposed. The vast majority of defendants in the most recent fraud cases in Minnesota are of Somali descent.

None of this means Minnesota is beyond repair. The state is filled with hardworking families, dedicated first responders, entrepreneurs, and civic leaders who want solutions, not chaos. Restoring order and stability requires enforcing immigration laws, identifying and prosecuting fraud and holding elected officials accountable for results. In the present day, it also means getting rid of the incompetent public officials who are in office.

What is going on in Minnesota should be a lesson for every state. Liberal policies and left-wing extremists are the root cause of the chaos in Minnesota. Look no further than Governor Tim Walz and Rep. Ilhan Omar as the primary orchestrators of the chaos. The situation in Minnesota is an embarrassment to the United States of America and every American should be appalled.
